File a Proposed Tariff
Collective Societies must file their proposed tariffs no later than October 15 of the second calendar year before the calendar year in which the proposed tariff is to take effect and submit notices of grounds for proposed tariffs within 7 days from the day the proposed tariff is filed.
The deadline to file proposed tariffs taking effect in 2026 is Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 5 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
You may now complete the Board’s webform to file a proposed tariff.
The form allows you to:
- Identify the Collective Society (or Societies) submitting the proposed tariff(s)
- Add up to three representatives and their contact information
- Upload:
- Up to two proposed tariffs in both official languages
- The accompanying notice of grounds for proposed tariff
- The accompanying comparative (blackline) version in both official languages

Please note that documents submitted with this form will be published on the Board’s website.
This form will only be active until the end of the current filing period for proposed tariffs.
